"I was with my previous Ins. Co. for over a decade and when I decided to make the switch I went into it expecting the usual insurance experience: confusing numbers, vague answers, and me wondering if I somehow needed a law degree to understand my policy. Long story short, I went in expecting to battle.
Instead, I got Adam.
He was responsive, transparent, answered every question I threw at him, and deserves an honorary award for patience because it took me somewhere between two and three months to actually circle back and switch. Yo girl was busy, but Adam never made me feel rushed, pressured, or bombarded with texts/calls.
When I finally got my act together, he helped me get stronger coverage for less money and made the whole process ridiculously easy...and fast!
10/10 would recommend if you enjoy saving money, understanding what you’re actually paying for, and not wanting to scream into the void while shopping for insurance. Thank you, Adam!"
