"This was my first visit to this office and my first time meeting Sam, she was extremely helpful and within 10 - 15 minutes I had a policy in place. At this point I was happy that everything was handled and my business was complete, I just happened to ask Sam about how long it takes to get an appointment at the DMV, she said it varies from time to time and then said there's one available on Wednesday on Merritt Island or Thursday at Palm Bay, I chose the one on Thursday. I couldn't believe that she did that, now that's service."
